• General intake users: No personal information is collected. Users anonymously register item consumption, lunch participation, and check-ins by selecting their company.
• Admin users: Full name, work email address, username, and encrypted password for authentication and access to the admin dashboard.

We process personal data based on legitimate interest in providing and operating the IntakeApp service and fulfilling contractual obligations with our clients.

3. How We Use the Information

• Authenticate and authorize admin users
• Manage organizational data (intake tracking, lunch registrations, check-ins, and reporting)
• Maintain system security and functionality

We do not sell or rent personal data.

• Authorized administrators within your organization
• Hosting and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service
